Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Order Processing:
We aim to process ALL orders within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as: incomplete payment, insufficient address information, high demand for certain items, or weekend orders during a Holiday weekend. In these instances, we usually reach out to you directly via email or a phone call so make sure your contact information is correct.
Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States. There are some factors that affect these shipping times that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather Conditions
- Holiday Seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
- The USPS
Despite our limited control over these variables, we try to use package tracking supplied by the carrier. We are aware that USPS will take packages picked up from Augusta, Georgia and they may end up as far as Atlanta, Georgia before the package gets delivered to you. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. Make sure your contact information is correct to be sure to get the most up to date status using tracking. The Augusta Hemp Company uses both the USPS and UPS for package deliveries.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after you payment has been made, please contact us at info@augustahempcompany.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order before it clears your method of payment. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we regrettably are unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of the consumable products we offer, refunds may be issued on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Opened items are NON-RETURNABLE. If you would like to inquire about returning a product purchased from us, please contact us at info@augustahempcompany.com and include your name and your ORDER NUMBER, and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
